Brian Butler

Brian is a founding director of Accelerate Ltd who have delivered one the UK’s longest and most successful 'Lean' programmes (Lean Management Thinking) - now a national product for Scottish companies.

 

To date Accelerate Ltd has worked with over 450 companies from all business environments including manufacturing, service, public and social enterprise sectors to help them deliver over £50m worth of benefits within their organisations. Over 2,500 individuals have experienced the Accelerate unique approach to business improvement.

 

Brian’s natural style ensures that all team participants are made to feel at ease to express themselves and bring their own skills into project performance. His genuine enthusiasm rubs off on others, and his professional approach ensures that team targets are met, whilst individuals are coached to develop self-sufficiency.

 

In 2011 Brian has brought Accelerate into the TRUE-GRC group who have become a single point trusted partner in governance, risk and compliance (GRC), under a true 'Lean' systems approach.
